James 1:2-4

My Brothers, when you meet with temptations, whatever they are, 
think of them as a cause for nothing but rejoicing, remembering 
that the testing of your faith develops endurance. And let 
endurance do its work perfectly, so that you may be absolutely 
perfect and not deficient in any respect.
